There are a few different ways you can give your team access to Airtable. The first method is the one we recommend.

Method 1

The founder and/or CEO should have their own Airtable account. For example, [email protected].

Then, the rest of the team can have their own account from which everyone can log in from. For example, [email protected] with a generic password known by all. We recommend giving this account Editor access.

If your company is particularly large, you can set up accounts for each department. For example, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc.

Method 2

Everyone can have their own Airtable account. Mind you, you’ll be paying $24/month multiplied by the amount of people in your organization. This can get pricy, quickly, and this is why we recommend Method 1.
