- [ ] Go to the Project Management System Base.
- [ ] Ensure the Client has been added to the Clients table with, most importantly, a Kickoff Call Date specified.
- [ ] Navigate to the Templated Project Plan Table.
- [ ] Copy the entire Title of Deliverable column.
- [ ] Switch to the Reporting Management Table.
- [ ] Select the New Project Plan Goes Here View.
- [ ] Scroll all the way to the bottom, then click the + icon.
- [ ] In the Deliverable field, paste all of the deliverables you copied from the Templated Project Plan.
- [ ] Select the appropriate Deliverable Owners and Managers.
- [ ] Select the Deliverable Status as Assigned. Drag down for all deliverables.
- [ ] Select the appropriate Project (client). Drag down for all deliverables.
- [ ] Use the fill handle to drag Suggested Assigned Dates and Suggested Due Dates over to Actual Assigned Dates and Actual Due Dates. Change Actual Assigned Dates and Actual Due Dates as needed.
- [ ] Delete any unnecessary deliverables (ones that are not relevant to this specific project).
- [ ] Add any necessary Project-Specific Info (scroll right).
