Whenever you schedule an appointment using the form in the Appointment Management table, an automation will trigger where the appointment is created in Google Calendar and the Agent (Customer taking the call) is invited to the meeting.
To ensure this calendar event is scheduled at the correct time and there is no confusion, you need to set the timezone for each customer in your Customers table. Watch the video below for more information.
